Description

TOWERMRL is currently seeking a Maintenance Project Manager to join the TowerMRL Family. The successful candidate will be highly organized, motivated and personal. The candidate preferably has a broad-based general knowledge of civil services related to the Telecommunications Industry. The job will entail a high volume of smaller dollars jobs ($500-$10,000 typical) servicing operational and capital expenditure needs for clients nationwide. The successful candidate has the organization skills to handle several jobs for multiple clients from RFP to Completion. The position entails Interaction with clients and sub-contractors and can have up to 50 plus jobs going at any time. Jobs can range from a simple lock replacement to HVAC repair to a road installation or improvement and everything in between. Additionally, management skills required to oversee and grow the department are a plus.

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of project work as assigned, including facilitating project scope, goals and closeout deliverables.
Develop project budget, track project expenditures, and analyze & report on budget variances.
Establish clear set of project goals and timelines & communicate to client and project team.

Identify and map project risks, prepare contingency plans to ensure satisfactory completion of project.
Provide direction and support for project team/project work.

Education
Preferred any combination of education or work experience training equivalent to possession of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related areas.

Experience
At least 3 years of related experience is preferred. Possession of a Project Management Certification is desired.

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS


VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE
Direct work experience in project management capacity, proficient in project management software.
Strong organizational, problem solving and time management skills, demonstrated attention to detail.
Good analytical and computer skills
Strong technical, written, and oral communication skills
Some field work may be required
Demonstrated willingness to learn

Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully & effectively.
Ability to anticipate issues and plans accordingly.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage and implement multiple projects, duties and activities simultaneously.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret various documents, technical and other.

Ability to maintain an effective working relationship with workers, other department employees, and the general public
Ability to read and interpret sketches and blueprints
Ability to be covered by company auto insurance plan (e.g. Good Driving Record - No DUI's or suspensions within the last 5 years and no more than 2 traffic violations (with less than 3pts. max on each violation) in the past 3 years)

Annual Salary: Commensurate with experience
