Description
TOWERMRL is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Company.  We are looking for a Project Manager has a strong technical background in heavy construction, Landscaping, and pesticide application (wireless infrastructure preferred) and is able to lead small teams of indirect reports to achieve objectives. Responsibilities include the management of all field supervisors and field staff for both construction and bare ground maintenance. This position will be responsible for all aspects of field staff management, including the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects, insuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.  This position does require relocation to Wisconsin.  However, other options maybe considered.

Annual Salary: $60,000.00 to $80,000.00 depending on experience

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of project work as assigned, including facilitating project scope, goals and closeout deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans & all related project documentation, level of documentation dependent upon scope of project.
Establish clear set of project goals & communicate to project team.  Monitor, control & report on project deliverables met and unmet.  Track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
Determine project team members required for each project, manage project resource allocation, assign resources and establish resource schedule escalating resource issues as required.
Provide direction and support for project team/project work.
Develop & establish communication plan & meeting frequency required with stakeholders and project team.
Identify and map project risks, prepare contingency plans to ensure satisfactory completion of project.
Determine project budget required, responsible to track project expenditures, and analyze & report on budget variances.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all construction team members, present project plan/reports defining project progress, problems and recommended solutions.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools, proven experience in change management techniques and related documentation.
Direct work experience in project management capacity, proficient in project management software.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills, demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully & effectively.
Great organizational, problem solving skills and time management skills to meet expected deadlines.  Ability to anticipate issues and plans accordingly.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage and implement multiple projects, duties and activities simultaneously.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret various documents, technical and other.
Generate all project documentation including project plans, charters, statements of work, requirements definitions, issues tracking, etc.

Education
Any combination of education and training equivalent to possession of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related areas. 

Experience
At least 3 years of experience is preferred.  Possession of a Project Management Certification is desired.
