Description

TOWERMRL is currently seeking a Project Manager to join our Company. We are looking for a highly motivated, personable and independent Project Manager that is a highly organized people person and has a broad-based general knowledge preferably in the wireless field services.  The job will entail a high volume of smaller dollars jobs ($500-$10,000 typical) that pertain to maintenance and upkeep of cell sites around the country.  Ability to juggle several jobs from RFP to Completion.  The position entails Interaction with clients and sub-contractors and can have up to 50 plus jobs going at any time. Jobs can range from a simple lock replacement to HVAC repair to a road installation and everything in between.  Organizational skills are paramount to success.

Responsibilities
Lead all aspects of project work as assigned, including facilitating project scope, goals and closeout deliverables.
Establish clear set of project goals & communicate to project team.  Monitor, control & report on project deliverables met and unmet.  Track project deliverables using appropriate project management tools.
Provide direction and support for project team/project work.
Develop & establish communication plan & meeting frequency required with stakeholders and project team.
Identify and map project risks, prepare contingency plans to ensure satisfactory completion of project.
Determine project budget required, responsible to track project expenditures, and analyze & report on budget variances.
Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all maintenance team members, present project plan/reports defining project progress, problems and recommended solutions.
Knowledge of project management techniques and tools, proven experience in change management techniques and related documentation.
Direct work experience in project management capacity, proficient in project management software.
Strong organizational and problem solving skills, demonstrated attention to detail.
Ability to gather and analyze information skillfully & effectively.
Great organizational, problem solving skills and time management skills to meet expected deadlines.  Ability to anticipate issues and plans accordingly.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Ability to manage and implement multiple projects, duties and activities simultaneously.
Ability to read, analyze and interpret various documents, technical and other.

Education
Preferred any combination of education or work experience training equivalent to possession of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or other related areas. 

Experience
At least 3 years of experience is preferred.  Possession of a Project Management Certification is desired.

Ability to be covered by company auto insurance plan (e.g. Good Driving Record - No DUI's or suspensions within the last 5 years and no more than 2 traffic violations (with less than 3pts. max on each violation) in the past 3 years)
